Policies
Lovely Moonchild is an appointment only salon. When your appointment is booked the time is set aside especially for you so we aren’t rushed and achieve the smooth skin you want. For this reason, policies are set in place to ensure everyones time is respected. A card on file will be required to book but will not be charged unless the following happens.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A CARD IS NOT SAVED ON FILE AND IS ONLY SAVED FOR THE ONE APPOINTMENT 100% OF THE SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED DUE TO OUR BOOKING SYSTEM LIMITATIONS.***
No Call-No Show
If you fail to let us know you are not coming to your appointment and no call-no show you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Not confirming your appointment does not count as cancelling your appointment and will still result in 100% being charged.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
At Lovely Moonchild, we understand that life happens and sometimes appointments made need to be cancelled or rescheduled. For this reason, we allow for cancellations or rescheduling to be done up to 6 hours before your appointment time without being charged a fee. If you cancel or reschedule after the 6 hour window 50% of the services booked will be charged. If you cancel 2 hours or less prior to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the total service fee.
Late Arrival
If you are running late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. A 10 minute grace period is given for appointments 30+ minutes in length and 4 minutes for appointments 20 minutes or shorter. That means you have to be in the salon before that 4 or 10 minute mark. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we’re still able to accommodate you after the grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied to your appointment. If multiple appointments were booked and you are late, some services may still be performed. The services that were not done will be charged at 50% of the service cost. If we are not able to accommodate you, the appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the total cost of the services booked will be due.
